We want you to be completely satisfied with your Udai purchase. If an item isn’t quite right, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
- All original tags and packaging must be intact.
- Customized or “Print on Demand” pieces are final sale and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Cancellations
Should you change your mind, orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After this window, the fulfillment process begins.
The Process
Refund: Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Inspection: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our conditions.
